The link is not accessable anymore and was not archived by the Wayback Machine of the Internet Archive. But after talking to him a while back he mentioned that his comments were related to a chapter in "Digital Imaging of Biological Type Specimens. A Manual of Best Practice" about Colour Management. See page 35ff (25ff in the pdf numbering).
